Chamber Investment Guidelines

  

The annual investment of a prospective member firm should be based on its stake in the community, as well as, in the Chamber.  We have many member firms that pay well above the minimum investments outlined here.  The minimum investment for Chamber membership is $262 annually.

 

Membership is renewed each year on the member’s anniversary date and will be invoiced for renewal at that time.  For the purpose of determining annual investment, two part-time employees equal one full-time employee and only those employed in the greater Hot Springs area should be considered.

Schedule I plus $158 for each additional associate who wants a separate listing.

Schedule IV – Rental Properties

(Apartments, mobile home & RV parks, resorts, condos)

Dues: Schedule I plus $1 per unit over 50

 

Schedule V – Hotels/Motels

Primary                             $10 per guest room

(Facility that has all of the following: meeting space, restaurant and lounge)

Secondary                           $8 per guest room

(Facility that has one of the following: meeting space, restaurant and lounge)

Support                               $6 per guest room

(Facility only has guest rooms)

*Please Note: Above investments are based on number of rooms.  All properties would pay a minimum of $250 a year or as per Schedule III, whichever is greater.  Any property wishing to have a separate listing for a restaurant or lounge would need to have a separate membership investment base of $250 annually.

 

Schedule VI – Professionals

(Physicians, attorneys, engineers, accountants, etc.)

Schedule VII – Non-Profit Organizations

(Civic, community and non-profit organizations with total staffing of 11 or less)

Schedule VIII – Personal Membership

(No business affiliation – retirees, students, etc.)
