Businesses celebrating grand openings,
anniversaries, a new location,
or other special events, may request a
special Chamber Ambassador
Ribbon Cutting. Photos of the ribbon
cutting and news releases are
sent to The Sentinel-Record for insertion in
the "Connections," the Chamber's
monthly special section, which is
published the 3rd Monday.
Brochure Display
Only Chamber members are allowed to display
their brochures in the
Chamber’s Visitor/Relocation Center.
Event Sponsorships
The Chamber offers great sponsorship
opportunities for businesses
seeking quality exposure within the
community and region. Some of the
events which offer sponsorships include:
Arkansas Oktoberfest,
Education Award Reception, Legislative
Reception, the Annual Highway
Commissioner’s Appreciation Dinner, Business
After Hours, Business Over Breakfast, Flavor of the Park, Business Expo and the Annual

Advertising on Chamber Publications
Members may advertise their business through
the Chamber’s Web site, e-newsletter, Official Hot Springs Relocation Guide and
the Map of Hot Springs.
Brochure Insertion Program
Members may pay a small fee to have their
brochure inserted in the
response packet sent to prospective
residents. Approximately 9,000 of
these packets are mailed each year by the
residential recruitment
development department.
Mailing Labels
Members may purchase mailing labels of the
membership list or of the
individuals who request information about
Hot Springs as a residential recruitment destination for their
own direct mail
advertisements. The first set of
membership labels are free, call for pricing
on additional sets of
