The Hot Springs Technology Park is an 80-acre, city-owned planned business development adjacent to the Hot Springs Airport. Zoned for industrial use, it is designed for occupation by businesses whose business benefits from wide-bandwidth telecommunications. There is high visibility road frontage available along the Martin Luther King Expressway as well as interior lots of from 1 to 20 acres. Stanley Associates and Baxley Equipment are current tenants of the park. Hot Springs Metro Partnership will participate in build-to-suit leaseback projects in the park as well. Direct access is available from the airport tarmac.
