Maxwell Blade Through a Las Vegas style show Maxwell Blade takes his
audience through a mystery story line
complete with magic and choreography. Hot
Springs is not only home to his magic show,
but also to the Magic Museum, which Blade
designed. The mansion sits on a luxury
lakefront property and is decorated with
vintage magic memorabilia.
Gangster
Museum
of
America
Focusing on the 1920s-1940s, the gangster
museum highlights stories of many notorious
gangsters who vacationed in
Hot Springs. Exhibits
at the museum are dedicated to Madden,
Capone, Maxine’s Whore House, weapons and
the state bust that ended illegal gambling.
The museum also offers a documentary on
gangster history in Hot Springs.
The Belle
The 250-passenger riverboat sails daily
for narrated sightseeing, luncheon or
dinner/dance cruises on Lake
Hamilton. The
tour includes views of million dollar
mansions, natural islands, quaint resorts
and panoramic views of the Ouachita
Mountains.
Mid America Science
Museum
The first Smithsonian Affiliate in Arkansas, this great family attraction is home to Arkansas’ largest
hands-on science center where knowledge of
science electrifies, technology surrounds,
imagination blooms and wonders never cease.
The museum partners with NASA for space
education programming.
Historic Spas
Enjoy a bathing experience in Hot Springs’ famous
thermal water. You’ll find it at the
Buckstaff Bathhouse and the
Quapaw Baths & Spa, the only remaining
continuously operational bathing facilities
on historic Bathhouse Row, as well as at day
spas and thermal and non-thermal bathhouses.
Arkansas Alligator Farm The oldest
tourist attraction in the state of Arkansas,
the Arkansas Alligator Farm and Petting Zoo
in Hot Springs was the first of its kind in
the country when it opened in 1902.
